Grief Support Group

Losing a loved one starts a journey of grief that may last a very long time. No matter where you are on that journey, you do not need to be alone.  Please consider joining with other as we learn about grief, share our stories, and support one another.  

Meetings are on Wednesdays for 8 sessions.  It is up to you if you just want to listen or participate in the goup activities.  Just showing up is an important first step.
