•Raffle Sales - make raffle tickets available to members, organize a few days at local businesses or events for volunteers to sell raffle tickets
•Road Signs - place event signs on roadways about Sept 13- 19; may use current signs or purchase new ones (this requires a team)
•Entertainment - schedule a few talented folks to engage or amuse our guests and add to the ambience of the day (Pastor Chris is willing to help)
•Bake Sale - invite members to make goodies to sell on Oct 24; accept and organize them for sale
•Volunteers & Sponsorships - use Sign Up Genius to convey where help is needed; update as needed
•Logistics - setting up outdoor area for games, community groups, the raffle and silent auction (this requires a team)
